About Steven Wiggers

Specialised in insolvency law and has extensive experience in corporate law. Assists companies, directors and shareholders in disputes around (imminent) bankruptcy, as well as in corporate and commercial disputes and transactions. Until 2017 (before his period at Bergh Stoop & Sanders) he was an attorney at Loyens & Loeff. Completed the INSOLAD Grotius course (cum laude) in 2019. Regularly publishes on insolvency and corporate law topics.
