Amsterdam-based The Mobile Company, a firm that designs and develops web apps and mobile apps, has been acquired by Apadmi, a mobile tech company that improves operations and implements solutions using mobile. The companies now form the largest independent team of mobile specialists in the Netherlands, the UK and Europe. The combined team has 250 engineers, designers and digital product experts, providing a foundation for further international growth.
The sellers were advised by Caspar Scholten, Camiel Corsten and Jip Mennema of Bergh Stoop & Sanders and Kathryn Beasley and Daniel Oldfield of Laytons ETL.
